What began as a newspaper has grown into a global institution with five subsidiaries, now working alongside the UN, World Bank, IMF, NBA, and G20.

Dervan Solutions is my strategy and consulting firm designed to help businesses, governments, and organizations grow with clarity and impact. From marketing and management to development and innovation, it reflects my belief that Africa needs more than ideas — it needs execution that drives sustainable results.

Experience Africa is the largest Pan-African event in Washington, D.C. It brings together embassies, diplomats, creatives, entrepreneurs, and the diaspora to celebrate culture and explore opportunities. For me, it is more than an event — it is a living bridge between Africa and the world, where cultural exchange opens doors to business, policy, and lasting partnerships.

The TVOA Trade & Investment Forum is my response to one of Africa’s greatest needs: sustainable partnerships and access to capital. It is a convening space for governments, investors, and entrepreneurs to meet, negotiate, and build. Through forums and deal rooms, we are unlocking opportunities that turn conversations into development and investment into impact.

With Experience Africa Tours, I am creating curated journeys that allow people to encounter the continent in a transformative way. These tours go beyond tourism — they immerse travelers in Africa’s nations, cultures, and opportunities, while directly supporting local communities and showcasing the best of what Africa has to offer.

Through Ambassador of Africa, I am equipping the next generation of African leaders to take their place on the global stage. This initiative offers masterclasses, mentorship, and advocacy, preparing youth to influence business, policy, and culture. My vision is to see Africa’s future leaders not just represented but respected worldwide.

With Naberm Publications, I am creating a platform that amplifies global voices through books, research, and thought leadership. This publishing house is about giving Africans the opportunity to shape narratives, share knowledge, and influence global conversations through their own words and ideas.

The Father’s Haven Foundation is one of the most personal parts of my vision. With homes already in Kenya, Ghana, Zambia, and Botswana — and plans to expand into every African country — we provide shelter, care, and education for orphans and vulnerable children. This is not charity; it is about raising a generation that will one day lead nations. Every child deserves safety, opportunity, and hope, and Father’s Haven exists to make that a reality.

The Countess Foundation is dedicated to empowering women and girls across Africa. Through mentorship, education, and skills training, we are equipping women to become financially independent and to lead within their families, businesses, and communities. My belief is simple: when women rise, nations rise with them.

With Naberm Montessori School in Ghana, I am investing in education at the foundation level. This school represents my commitment to raising future leaders through holistic, student-centered learning. It is more than a place of academics — it is where the next generation of Africa’s thinkers, innovators, and change-makers are being nurtured.
