About Kad

Hello I’m Kadmiel

Kadmiel Van Der Puije is a Misk 20 Under 30 honoree, serial entrepreneur, author, philanthropist, and World Bank Youth Delegate. He is best known CEO of The Voice of Africa Group (TVOA) — The Gateway to All Things Africa.

What began as a single newspaper has evolved into a global ecosystem collaborating with institutions such as the United Nations, World Bank, IMF, African Union, NBA, and G20.

Through TVOA, Kadmiel serves as the Bridge to All Things Africa — connecting the continent to the world across media, trade, investment, tourism, sport, education, and youth & women’s empowerment.

The Voice of Africa Ecosystem

TVOA Media – Bridging global audiences to Africa through authentic storytelling.

Experience Africa – The Largest Pan-African event in Washington, D.C., celebrating African and Caribbean cultures.

Experience Africa Tours – Offering transformative travel experiences for the African diaspora.

TVOA Trade & Investment Forum – The world’s leading platform driving sustainable development in Africa.

Ambassador of Africa – Empowering African youth to lead and innovate for the continent’s future.

TVOA Sports – A recruitment and media agency connecting Africa’s athletes to global opportunities.

Beyond media, Kadmiel has founded and leads institutions with far-reaching impact — including Dervan Solutions, a management and consulting firm accelerating growth across sectors; Naberm Publications, amplifying authentic African stories; and Naberm Montessori School, where education is rooted in African excellence.

His philanthropic vision mirrors the same bold purpose. Through The Father’s Haven Foundation, he is building homes for orphans across Africa, with a mission to establish one in every nation. With The Countess Foundation, he is laying the groundwork for Havilah Cities — ecosystem communities that provide safety, empowerment, and opportunity for women and children.

From addressing leaders at the World Bank, Yale University, and other global institutions to building orphanages in Kenya and schools in Ghana, Kadmiel embodies both a Voice and an Architect — carrying Africa’s story to the world while designing the systems that will shape its future.

Grounded in faith and purpose, he mentors and inspires the next generation to lead with integrity, vision, and service. His life’s work is clear: to build institutions that restore Africa, empower its people, and position the continent as a driving force in global development.
